Strength X is for being coached to lift with excellent technique and solid mind & body connection.

Strength X (Cross) will not only concentrate on the big 5 compound exercises, it will also include a large focus on Core strength and endurance, Functional strength movements and plyometrics.

Whether you’re ready to run a quad smashing p.b or lifting for life, These small group sessions offer great priced training with plenty of personal attention to reach those goals faster.
